A year of evolution – AnyTalent in 2019

A new year brings many new possibilities – and that’s what was in our minds at the start of 2019. A new product and an award win later, AnyTalent sits in a much better position at the end of the year.

In November, AnyTalent was awarded the Best HR Tech – Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System, by HRM Asia – an award that was voted on by a selected committee of HR experts and readers of HRM Asia. This is justification for what we’re looking to do at AnyTalent – to innovate so that HR professionals’ lives are easier and more efficient through the use of technology.

2019 also saw the launch of AnyTalent People, a cloud-based human resource information system (HRIS) that helps HR professionals easily access and make use of their data. Spanning an employee database, leave and attendance management and payroll (payroll is currently only available in Thailand), AnyTalent People empowers HR to deep dive into their data – both on a macro and micro-level, and effectively automates manual tasks like keeping track of leave and attendance, and calculating payroll.

As we look towards the new year, our team at AnyTalent will continue producing features that matter to HR – ultimately freeing HR professionals from manual tasks, allowing for more time to work on strategic initiatives.
