Offer Letter Creation

AnyTalent users can create an offer letter to a candidate who is in the “Offer” stage.

Users can create the offer letter by following these steps below;

1. Include placeholders into the offer letter template.

2. Save that template on AnyTalent.

2. Choose a candidate on AnyTalent and Change the stage of him/her into “Offer”.

3. Input the detail of the offer(e.g. Employment Type,Offered Salary and Title)

4. Click “Generate”.

On the same screen the user generate the offer letter, the user can send the offer letter to the candidate as well.

HR officers do not need to create an offer letter and a message to each candidate anymore!
